Game-changer for my sleep
Really love these, and recommend them to anyone needing to improve their airflow for whatever reason. I always wear in the evening now a couple hours before heading to bed.

Girlfriend loves them
I bought these strips for my girlfriend after seeing the great reviews. She absolutely loves them and I am going to buy the black ones for myself.
