We offer free delivery for all orders within the UK, and we kindly request you allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. During busier times please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be shipped.

Your order will be shipped with a trackable service, once shipped your order will arrive within 2-3 days.

​We do not offer free returns, we advise you pay for a tracked return service when returning your nose strips. We are not liable for returns which go missing.

​If you have received a faulty item, please get in touch within 7 days of your delivery and we will be able to look into this further for you.

Used nose strips will be NON returnable for hygiene reasons.
